Jared built a porch across the front of my house and put a metal roof on the porch and the house. He did an excellent job. I'm also going to get him to build me a 2 car carport.
Jared replaced the decking on my back deck, bringing new life and beauty to an old deck, it looks amazing! He also put 2 side benches on to the deck, During the coldest day of the year Jared promptly came to crawl under my house to cap off some frozen pipes to a bathroom I don’t use so I could still have water to the rest of my house! He’s skilled and handy in every aspect in constructing a home. I’m blessed to have such a talented skilled man on my contacts list!
Jared is extremely competent, the room addition he did for me was tricky for many reasons and I couldn't be more satisfied with his work. What I found most pleasing was, I got no surprises and his bid was considerably less than all other bids. I highly recommend Hatman Construction!
Jared did a room addition on to my house, which included foundation(concrete footings and slab. Did the demolition, installed new support beam for a sound structure. Framed everything in real well, did all the electrical wiring inside. Installed new drywall and added sound proofing on existing wall. Built custom radiused inside corners/per my request.
