Yeah... no... spent almost 20k on an a/c system they refuse to fix or check out after 2 months of warning.

This has nothing to do with getting a service but it has everything to do with one of their employees being a Good Samaritan. Due to my lane assistant over reacting this morning I ended up in a ditch. A gentleman with this company not only stopped to check on me but worked relentlessly until he got my car back on the road for me… saving me a wrecker bill.
