Very efficient service. They got to me very fast. Had parts ordered delivered and installed in less than 48 hours. Very pleasant technician. And receptionist. Thank you all.
Our aging hvac unit died out of the blue during the hottest part of the summer. Hatley’s had our unit replaced within a few days and customer service was excellent. Very much appreciated!
A few weeks ago Hatleys came out and fixed an ongoing problem with my air conditioner not cooling that two previous companies came out and charged me and didn't even fix. Hatleys showed up when they said they would be there and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in short order and only charged me a third of the price the previous company that came out did. This time the unit is actually fixed! I will definitely use Hatley in the future for all my HVAC needs.
Great company and they are well informed company and way better than hep and also way cheaper prices too. I would recommend this company to anyone i talk to and I will always use them for all of my ac/heat maintenance or service for the rest of my life.
