Do not waste your time , some apartments smell like smoking has been a problem inside these apartments , the application process is a mess , they sure will charge you fast , then decline you , and keep your money , they never call you back ,
Leasing team is exceptionally great. Big shout out to Melissa and Cornelius ! They both did an exceptional job with a smooth transition and assisted me in settling down. I did experience mild bumps here and there, which was expected when you move in to a new place. However, both Melissa and Cornelius went above and beyond & assisted with my move ! I wanted to give a big shout to the maintanence team for their proactive measures with my request.
Service requests take forever to complete. The gardeners only clean what the public sees SMH Emailed them about the gutters 2 months ago. Amazes me they do not have yearly cleaning, this is well over a year of build up. Think of all the spiders, pests, cockroaches, snakes coming from these bushes and trees right into your apartment balcony. Or all the spiders building nests in the gutters because the property cant take care of basic upkeep with lawn care. Then, they will charge you for pest control when they are contributing... read more
Cornelius is the greatest truly a trained professional highly respectful understanding and reliable he should be the CEO of operation equity
Been living here for a couple years now with no complaints. Just wanted to acknowledge Corneilus, a leasing consultant, and the rest of the maintenance team for always providing exceptional customer service to me throughout my stay here. Staff has been super friendly, helpful, and communicative!
