Roger is the best! If you want a fancy dealership with exorbitant prices by all means go there instead. If you want an honest mechanic that does quality work go to Hatfields and talk to Roger. Pep Boys was going to replace the clutch and condenser for my air conditioning in my Toyota Camry I’m so happy I took my car to Roger!
Roger is the best! Brake problems, and he went over and beyond on a dodge charger. Highly recommend and appreciate him.
Great place to do business
Went there a while back. Waste of time. Waste of money. I told them what the problem was and asked them to fix it. After ridiculing my diagnosis, they kept my car for a month, claiming they couldn't figure out what the problem was, before deciding I was right, and finally doing the 3 hr job I hired them to do. Then I asked them to check out my faulty parking brake. I was laughed at and asked how often I used it, to which I replied, "every time I park.". This was met with chuckles and contempt.
