Wouldn't recommend. Bad service, arrogant people which don't listen and puts unfair charges at move out. JoAnne is as bad of a person as bad she is a manager of the property. Arrogant and very unfair. She doesn't have 5 mins for her residents despite waiting for some time. Wouldn't recommend. Has lots of cockroaches and other bugs. They don't really help with it. No lo recomiendo para nada , te saldrán con cobros al final absurdos que son de mantenimiento que ellos mismos no hacen por más que se diga al personal de los problemas y menos sino hablas el idioma inglés porque no tiene paciencia para atender y sobre todo si tienes vecinos que parecer no entienden que es un complejo de apartamento. I’ve lived at Hatfield Village since 2020, and it’s been a great place to call home. The amenities are fantastic, and the leasing office is always available and helpful. I want to give a special shout-out to the maintenance team—especially Stephanie! Over the last two weeks, I needed support from maintenance, and Stephanie has been an absolute godsend. Stay away Bad apartments Bad management Mice . Bedbugs....... Don't waste your money Not even worth 1 star
This is my 3rd time living here in Hatfield. I first lived here in 2012, then in 2015 and now 2025. I didn't want to live here because of the bad reviews about the cockroaches. I've only been living here for a week and I haven't seen any cockroaches anywhere. The apartment is super clean. Simple things that I noticed when I moved in but nothing out of the ordinary. There is a sense of peace and tranquility here. If you are thinking of renting, I recommend it. Don't be carried away by the reviews and experience it yourself.
