I recently moved away from Hatfield after living here for two years, and I would definitely recommend. I already miss it. I didn't fully realize how lucky I got with this complex until I had to start looking at others. The community is quiet and nice, plenty of parking, maintenance is responsive and friendly. They have both trash and recycling, the parking lots and hallways are spacious and well-lit, my unit actually stayed relatively cool in the summer even when I wasn't running AC. They’re offering current tenants $1,000 to bring in new people. That should tell you everything. Three months in and we already regret signing this lease. Everyone’s standards are different I guess. We’ve had roaches, ants, a peeling tub, and carpet that lifts at the edges. There are no sidewalks, so you’re walking in the street, and there are no security cameras. I am going on my 4th year now here. I would of given it 5 stars. But I always have an issue with parking! I get home late from work and have to walk quite a distance from where I parked and to my building and it seems to be getting worse. But otherwise I love it here, I am in a great building. The reviews can be harsh here. Anyone can write a bad review . Very unprofessional Office staff. They are only nice to you When you are paying everything ontime. They do not understand that some residence cannot pay ontime and they embarras the resident by placing a Court order on the front of their doors instead of the mailbox. It doesn’t matter if you are 5-10 days late and still pay the full amount, they will still embarrass you by placing the court notice on you front door. Shame on you Hatfield Village!!!!!!
