The facts are: yes there was a leak; maintenance was out umpteen times to repair the issue to which they were locked out by the inside chain and yelled at by the man who lives there that they are sleeping. the property is beautiful and the maintenance department is great they are polite and do a great job. Stephanie in maintenance is very helpful and nice to talk to.
I have been on Hatfield property for 6 years and the staff is very helpful. The maintenance crew are always working hard and always helpful to get the job done. Also the ladies in the office are so sweet
People friendly environment I love living here the staff is awesome I had a problem with my sink and they came out fixed it within a couple hours
