These guys must be the poster boys for the used car dealers your mother warned you to stay away from. Look you straight in the eye and fib about what they will do and what you should expect. Starts with the price which is supposed to be negotiable and isn't and goes downhill from there, all the while saying everything that needs cleaned will be cleaned and NTB will fix everything they find wrong will be fixed...NOT !
