They missed a life threating brain tumor the size of a pool ball. The doctor at Hatfields clinic told me quote "I GOT Nothing" I went for a second opinion and was in Barrow that same day. The doctors at Barrow told me I wouldn't of made it had it not been found right away. He diagnosed me without even touching me. I told him what was going on and what my symptom were, and he said that's all the symptoms of a brain tumor. I had an MRI and was rushed to Barrow. I spent a year at barrow and two million dollars. I had the very unfortunate experience today with the office staff. The gals answering the phone were incredibly rude and inconsiderate. I am taking my family elsewhere where we are treated like people, with kindness and respect. It is so ironic, since their mission statement is all about the people.
