RecommendedAs a Restaurant owner I am not very happy with the quality of my Hatco Heat lamp. I purchased a new Hatco heat lamp 3 weeks ago, after 4 hours of use it was already broken. I reached out to Hatco to replace my 4 hour old unit and was told they do not replace them however a tech would be out in 1-2 days to diagnose the problem, it’s now been 2 weeks and I am still waiting for my 4 hour old heat lamp to be repaired. I will be looking for a different heat lamp in the future.
