The sandwich I got here was absolutely amazing!
It wasn't my cup of tea. From the arbitrary one to five stars and the puzzling variation in reviews I either believe A: They have good cooks and bad cooks, B: They have good product and bad product, or C: They serve premium bbq to their buds and we get the dregs.
These guys knocked it out of the park, a company we were detailing for hired these guys and they were generous enough to offer my wife and I a plate, some of the best brisket and pulled pork I’ve had. Super kind people who were interested in us and our detailing business as well. Highly reccomend. Owner and employees of the company who ordered them had nothing but awesome things to say as well.

Hands down the best BBQ in Cedar Rapids! His truck is usually on the corner of Edgewood and 16th Ave SW. The ribs, brisket and baked beans are absolutely delicious. Andre is so friendly and always there with a smile. If you haven't tried Hatchett's be sure to check this place out! You will love it. ♥️
