Worst service department I’ve ever encountered. Took a vehicle over there 4 times didn’t fix an issue or try to fix the issue. The speedometer did not work at all, & every light was on the dash like a Christmas Tree!

We were faithful patrons for 10 years. I never liked how it would take all day for an oil change service when you were proactive and made appointments. The point of making an appointment is so you don’t have to wait all day, but that was always the case. They were so slow that on two occasions I did not have time for them to rotate my tires as well, which in the end, unbeknownst to me, voided my powertrain warranty. 10 years, and because of their slow service, I missed two tire rotations. I could write a book on this service center. Let's just say we had to go to Corporate and file a complaint for them to fix my Hyundai Sonata correctly. They are slow and unresponsive. Never changed the air filter during regular maintenance, when it was desperately needing it. Changed my oil and I had it leak all over my garage, could have ruined my engine!! Terrible maintenance, go west!
