NIce People This place is a little pricey but if you want to help a local business they have very friendly service and are very knowledgable. They have a wide selection of seasonal items. Super nice people! They own the house next door and the gardens are beautiful, inspirational and can give you some wonderful ideas for your own garden. There is plenty of parking and they have a really nice setup. PROS: friendly CONS: slightly pricey

Good They have the best selection of water plants for my pond. and some of the best prices. They are always getting in new shipments, so, if they are low on what you are looking for just ask. They are friendly and helpful. very patient and willing to help the beginning gardener. I have purchased roses here for my mothers garden. they were the same price as Lowes with much better quality and selection. Happy with them and you will be too.

The Best Greenhouse in the Tri-State Area If you love to garden, Hatcher's is the perfect place to find the perfect plant and a great place to browse. The grounds are lovely, and the fish pond is the best part. Although some of the specialty plants can be expensive, the less expensive perennials are a great value - the plants are better quality and healthier than the plants at most chain stores, and the prices are comparable, at least for ordinary perennials. What a joke I strongly discourage all gardeners I know from purchasing from Hatcher's due to a horrible experience I had with them this past growing season. I purchased 24 plants of 2 different varieties, paying premium prices for what I thought would be the best products in the area given this business's reputation. It is now clear that they do not deserve their good reputation, because 10 of the 24 plants were not even the species that they were clearly marked as. Mr Green Thumb Having just recently moved here, it was my pleasure to find the Hatchers. With their knowledgeable staff , expansive, wide selection and not to mention the beautiful gardens, it is not only a place to beautify your own gardens and dream, it is a place to go relax and explore. The Tri State area has a great many things to offer and Hatcher's Greenhouse should be on the top of everyone's list. Trust me, you will see me there Spring, Summer and Fall!

Terrible first experience😢 The place was absolutely gorgeous but the older lady behind the counter made my time there dreadful. I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life. And as if it could get any worse I overheard this particular employee talking to a customer about me!!! Of course she had no idea I was standing right there and heard the entire thing. I have a lovely home greenhouse with friendly employees that will continue to get my business... this one will NOT.

My wife and I love this greenhouse. The people are friendly and the plants and garden accessories are great quality.
