I had my second braces consultation today, and Juliane really made the experience comfortable. She took the time to answer all my questions and provided options that suited both my needs and my budget. Overall, the appointment was fantastic, and I’m looking forward to getting my braces in May!
Had a wonderful experience. Stephanie Newsom installed bottom braces and had such a graceful touch that I actually fell asleep while in the chair. Can't recommend these people enough. All locations have awesome staff and provide quality care all around!
Our initial appointment with Monica and Dr. Frey was so informative. Monica took time to answer all of our questions and guide us through the decision of what type of treatment would be best for my son and how the financial part is broken down. Dr. Frey helped ease my sons concerns and again he took the time to answer questions. This office is nothing like the orthodontist I went to when I was a kid, modern, comfortable, high tech (hello 3D scans goodbye impressions!!). So impressed!
I had a great experience during my consultation today! Monica the treatment coordinator was so helpful! Dr.Frey helped answer every question I had and was very pleasant.Everybody in the office were so nice and supportive. Can’t wait for my next appointment!
