Although I was unable to complete my orthodontic treatment. I would like to commend the practice for its high standard of care. The service was consistently attentive, and their support during any urgent dental issues was prompt and professional. The front office staff was accommodating in scheduling appointments that worked with my demanding work schedule. Throughout my time there, I felt my needs were heard and that I was a valued patient.
Hatcher and Frey Orthodontics at the Premium Outlets is AMAZING! Broke my permanent retainer on a Friday night at 7pm, filled out a contact form to schedule an appt. Was contacted within 10 mins, had an appt set up for Saturday morning within the hour. I spoke with Megan D and she was so kind and sympathetic. The office staff and everyone I dealt with were so kind. So thankful I was able to get it fixed within 12 hours and on a Saturday morning nonetheless. Highly recommend and will be going back for services!!
I’ve had a great experience at this orthodontist office. Everyone is always kind and professional. Victoria Peters was especially helpful when I had an issue. She took care of everything quickly and made sure I was satisfied. Really appreciate the great customer service here!
I honestly didn’t like the treatment here. I told them multiple times about how I was unsatisfied with my smile and they just kept telling me that it was good and that’s how my teeth should be at the end of my treatment. I talked to other orthodontics in my hometown Houston,Tx and they also agreed that my teeth were not where they needed to be for the amount of treatment I was given. I ended up just throwing away $4000 and didn’t get the smile I thought I was going to get. I recommend no one coming here.
