They fixed the front end, side panel and a few things under the hood. I had run over a truck tire on the expressway. They gave me a good estimate and took care of all the insurance needs. I had never filed an accident claim and it was a relief to have it all done for me. They brought my car back to me in a few days. They even touched up some scratches that was not in the claim. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Thanks for the great job.
I needed a head light replaced and this man and his teammate did the last minute repair in 6 minutes on Wednesday b4 Thanksgiving!! GOD BLESS them for their knowledge, skill and kindness. They wouldn't take a cent for helping me. You don't find people like this often enough. This is THE BEST Auto Collision Repair Shop in the entire Branson region.
From the time of getting our bid, to taking the vehicle for the work to be done, to picking up the vehicle after repair, the service was excellent and seamless. The work on our vehicle was excellent and went above & beyond what was expected. Finally, the cost was significantly below other bids. We whole-heartedly recommend Hatcher’s.
