Called to get a hold of the Costco location accidentally hit the wrong prompt to get to the Costco line. Instead of I forming my nicely I got " well obviously you didn't listen to the prompts" very poor customer service. Don't need a service worker who speaks to customers like that in any business glad I'm getting my script sent to me. Wont be receiving any of my business again.
I took my parents to this clinic for their eye appointments. The optometrist was very professional and we really appreciated his help — he was polite and patient. However, the experience with the receptionist was disappointing. She was extremely rude and impatient. At one point, I misunderstood what she was asking, and when I repeated the wrong thing twice, she snapped at me with a visibly annoyed expression. Dr Brian Sklapsky was great to deal with, he was courteous and informative. The problem arose when paying the bill.I was informed there would be a $3.00 charge for using my Costco creditcard? When I questioned it, that it might be not to great for future business,the receptionist informed me that Hatchard Optometry was doing very well $ . I can see why by penalizing loyal Costco members . Not about the 3.00$ all about principal!
Absolutely disgusting. I called to ask a question regarding my daughter’s appointment yesterday and was told that I would have to book and pay for another appointment if I had a question regarding her prescription. Are you kidding me?! What a joke and a rip off. Terrible customer service. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
