The oldest print shop in America opened in 1879. For decades, Hatch Show Print was the leading poster printer for circuses, vaudeville shows and sporting events. Today, it is located in the Country Music Hall of Fame and is best known for creating images of Grand Ole Opry stars, thousands of which line the shop's walls. Modern-day artists employ the same techniques that have been used since the 15th century, including printing works on site.

Excellent stop - favorite place I visited while in Nashville!
Love the history being kept alive by the Country Music Hall of Fame. Pay the money to make your own poster. It's really cool to be hands on in the process.
Really enjoyed the store. Unfortunately I missed the tour on our last day of vacation.
A must do tour in Nashville! Especially if you are an artist, designer or just enjoy art in general. My husband is a graphic designer so we loved learning about the history and seeing the letter presses work! So cool!!!
A dream of mine to do an internship with these folks! You know them & you dont even know you know them! Just check out the gallery of their art to see what I mean: hand-tooled posters done the old fashioned way for the likes of great country and blues artists to rodeos and country fairs.
