My son is in college in Daytona Beach and we live in the Tampa Bay area. He injured his hand and I needed to find a doctor for him to see. Maribelle (sp?) was so compassionate and helped squeeze him in to see Dr. Hatch. My son really liked Dr. Hatch. He said he was easy to understand and "really nice". I've dealt with a lot of physician's offices and physicians. So often they are so busy -- this was such a refreshing experience. Maribelle went above and beyond. I was so blessed!!
DO NOT SPEAK TO THE OFFICE MANAGER!! An umbilical hernia was missed during my ultra sound, and I contested the cost of the test because I was told I did not have that specific hernia. The office manager became very rude and threatened to send my bill to collections, "are you going to pay this bill or do I need to send it to collections?" I was repeatedly cut off, yelled at and harassed to make a payment while driving on I-95. Dr. Hatch was very professional, but his staff was the opposite.
Dr Hatch is awesome, I've seen him several times. Takes time to answer questions and genuinely cares about his patients
