I have been here 3 times and every time they will wrap my fingers and then disappear to work on other people. They don't tell you that they have the staff to finish and just expect you to wait. I'll gladly wait somewhere else than spend another dime here.

Over a week ago, I scheduled a pedicure appointment for 12:30 today. My home is 25 mins away, so I left at 12:00 to arrive on time. At 12:19, I received a call from a young lady at the nail salon asking if I was still coming to the appointment. I advised her that I was on the interstate and would be there by 12:30. Received different service than requested due to language barrier and dealt with belligerent manager who wasn't accountable for poor service.

I've gone to Ben three times so far when I come into town and Omg he's the absolute best nail tech I've even gone to. He's so good at what he does!
