I just want to say this was the best purchase process I've ever been a part of. I wanted a vehicle I could travel to the valley in on a semi-regular basis. The first car I chose, however, did not meet up to my expectations. I told Mike what my issues were, and he got me in to choose a new vehicle right away. I have been to their showroom floor looking at motorcycles THREE different times and sales staff just walked by without saying a single word! One other time I was looking at a classic cars on the lot for 10 mins or so, again not one person asked if I needed help. Their customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced.
Walked around for 10 minutes, no info on any used car/trucks, year, miles, price, nothing. They were open, I saw people milling about inside. Amazing, no one wanted to sell a car.
