We met Ashley about 7 months ago at an open house and not only enjoyed our conversation, but really appreciated her advice to look at a few other neighborhoods based on our search criteria. Why aren't there 10 Stars? If you want to sell your home, you want to work with Jeff. I honestly can't say enough positive things about working with him and his team. I hesitated at first to even reach out to him; I felt like our $750k home listing wouldn't be high enough to catch his eye and agree to work with us. When I need a job done, I always get 3 quotes. When I needed to sell my home, I did the same. Jeff impressed me more than the others. He sold our home in one day. He has experience in construction, he’s easy to reach and he knows his market. He also offered the best buyer/seller commission rate. There are some repairs and upgrades that must be done to sell quickly at a good price, and other things that aren’t important.
