Avoid this place like the plague.*** anyone leaving a good review is getting a gift card from them to do so. I have gone there for years and years and have never missed one appointment and honestly, the dentist isn’t that great I always have to go back to get my bite fixed but they have had an awesome front desk (older lady with white hair LOVED her) and hygienists. Wish we had found Hatch Dentistry when we moved to Gilbert 20 years ago!!!! Dr. Hatch is knowledgeable , skillful, personable, and thoughtful in his profession. But, what sets him apart is that he takes pride in providing only treatments that are essential and needed for each patient. No patient feels cheated for dental work that was not absolutely necessary. Believe me, I have many of those experiences through the years. The office staff members are courteous, kind and helpful. Been going here for 1 1/2 years but not going back. Last time I went we were 10 minutes early, but at least the office was open so we could wait inside.The old woman at the desk told us (in a very snotty manner) that we were early and would have to wait because they were still at lunch. Then I was told that a mouth guard would cost me $95 out of pocket. 2 months later I got a bill for almost $400 more dollars.
