Hygienists are great. Front staff nice enough. Dr Hatch doesn’t seem to enjoy his job. It took 4 visits before he greeted me and did not match my level of interest for a concern I had. Sees you as just another patient ($$$) to see. Blah
Avoid this place like the plague.*** anyone leaving a good review is getting a gift card from them to do so. I have gone there for years and years and have never missed one appointment and honestly, the dentist isn’t that great I always have to go back to get my bite fixed but they have had an awesome front desk (older lady with white hair LOVED her) and hygienists. Wish we had found Hatch Dentistry when we moved to Gilbert 20 years ago!!!! Dr. Hatch is knowledgeable , skillful, personable, and thoughtful in his profession. But, what sets him apart is that he takes pride in providing only treatments that are essential and needed for each patient.
