Hatch completed a parking lot for our condo association recently and it was an overall excellent experience! The communication was stellar from **** making it easy to relay information to our tenants. We would absolutely recommend them!
Starting April 2024 we contracted with Hatch Materials *************. We needed a replacement driveway as we have water accumulating. I've posted two videos on FB showing that we still have water accumulating, if not worse than when they first came out. The videos are from two different rain events. It is now August and we still have water. Contacting Hatch gets nowhere. I expect another call back from them and still waiting. This is a short version of our complaints. This is a zero star report.

Hi *****, I wanted to follow-up to make sure you were happy with the outcome of the new driveway we responded after talking further about your concerns.
We had the service on June 12,2022. They did whole new pavement, was pretty good but there is a spot where water puddles up. We called many times and wrote emails couple of times there is no response at all. When we call, the receptionist picks up the phone and tells us someone will call but there is nothing. We paid in full so I expect better service. Seems like they collect money and doesnt care anything after that, usually I dont write reviews but this made me write one. We highly recommend Hatch! We hired Hatch to sealcoat our driveway this fall and they did an exceptional job. They were professional, meticulous and took great pride in their work. Got an estimate in aug. agreed to it and put deposit down but had trouble getting a call back to TAKE my deposit. Finally got an Oct 18th date to replace my driveway. Hatch did NOT SHOW UP . I repeatedly called for a couple weeks and got NO ANSWER via phone ,text or email. I insisted on getting my deposit back which I personally went to the office to pick up. HORRIBLE, UNRELIABLE SERVICE

We hired Hatch to top coat our driveway this past summer after only the first layer of asphalt was done when we bought the house. The office team was great in providing me with an estimator appointment. Though it took about two weeks to meet with the estimator due to how busy they were, when the day came the estimator called when he was approaching and took his time to go over what we needed. Homeowner beware..don't do what they promise, lack of communication & owner had crew leave job because we were in disagreement over a dog fence pipe that they tore up and Foreman bent pipe and stated he forgot it was there. Also, owner stated the 1st day that they would fix it in the morning. Arriving home from getting my groceries I noticed they were preparing driveway for asphalt when I asked if they had fixed dog fence nobody was aware it needed to be fixed.
