I have lived here for 6 years it has been great. Everyone here is so nice and quick to get anything taken care of. Highly recommend living here!!
I've lived here for 6 years and can honestly say I will miss this apartment building. Ashley and Lori at the leasing/management office are so kind and helpful, and Sadat is so friendly and great with maintenance requests. You stop noticing the train after living here for a while, and the building is so centrally located in Hatboro that you can easily walk to shops and restaurants. Pet owners are all friendly with each other, and we've loved our neighbors. The long wait list to get into an apartment here was so worth it!
Overly aggressive rent increases.
