Will never go here again with this rude lady at the office.
Stopped by to deliver a package on 5/30/26 shortly before 12pm. Customer notes state to leave at front door and she will retrieve it, which I did. The leasing office woman, elderly with black/gray hair, came out screaming at me that I need to use the call box and talking to me like I was stupid. Instead of explaining why I had personally offended her or having the decency to ask if this is where the customer asked for the delivery, like a normal person, she chose to act out and be unprofessional. Truly love living here. Moved in a few months ago and everything has been great. Super responsive staff and front office. Units kept extremely nice and up to date. Great location near, Costco, Walmart, Aldi and walking distance to downtown Hatboro.
