I cheated on my normal nail salon and regretted it. I went to this salon for a pedicure and unfortunately I left very disappointed. My feet looked exactly the same as when I arrived, and the polish was applied with so many layers that it looked thick and uneven.It honestly seemed like the person doing my pedicure was still learning and practicing, which made the experience even worse. My first time here and will never go back. The middle nail is completely crooked and poorly shaped. When I mentioned the nail was crooked, I was told it was the shape I asked for and it wasn’t filed too much. I didn’t ask for any shape - just wanted the same shape I had previously. The nail on the side is a complete straight line. Multiple people came over to look and saw no issue. I was told the best they could do to fix it would be to soak it and re dip it which obviously wouldn’t help since she butchered the natural nail.... read more
