I was in moderate pain for the past 2 years, unable to perform my daily duties. I played tennis, gardeded, and walked several miles each day, but could not do any of these things. Dr. Hasz has been great through the whole process of undergoing another spine surgery after the first failed attempt. I was still having a lot of pain when i came to see him and he has completely changed everything for me no more pain

My surgery went super. Great experience with the doctor and he spent time with me to explain what was going to happen and how I may feel after the surgery.
This is the first time I have been pain free in three years. We tried a few things before having surgery, but the small incision, out patient surgery did wonders. I have been walking over a mile the evening after surgery
Listen to my issues, took the time to describe my issues and the surgery he would be doing, the back and leg pain is gone. I had a lumbar fusion for spondylolisthesis, I was out of the hospital in two days, walking my dog two days after. No pain, just soreness

Although not a hand-holder, he gives confidence by listening closely to the patient and demonstrating an authoritative command of the medical facts and possibilities.
Dr Hasz gave me back my life. I had a herniated disc that caused me the most incredible pain I've ever experienced. I'd gone to another doctor who was wringing her hands and telling me it was a terrible injury and would require surgery and it might not be successful. I knew if she seemed afraid I should be too. I would & have recommended Dr, Hasz. Not only was he cutting edge, giving me the first artificial disc in place of a failed fusion, but he is very personable. I was always impressed by the thoroughness of each appointment. Although he is leaving VSI, I will still recommend Dr. Hasz wherever he moves on to.
