We had our first visit today and the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained things very well!
Very helpful staff. I don't know what her name was, but im very thankful that she saw me at the door after they already closed (new hours were not posted online at the time so I assumed I was there during business hours), but she saw me and opened up just so I could pick up my glasses. Thank you so much!
They were polite enough. However, they were not forth coming with information & cost of an behind the eye picture. I tho8ght it was odd my previous eye doctor never did this.
If you don't want to spend $900 on an exam and a pair of glasses, do not go here!!!!! We did not have a good experience here. They assumed an old file with a different name on it was my daughters. She left there with no prescription information and didn't get to look at any frames. They gave her a free sample of monthly contacts to try and then charged us a "contact fitting fee" of $150. Our insurance covers $600 per person for vision. We paid a $40 picture fee that isn't covered. They are now saying I owe them $230 after th... read more
