They worked with us on getting our piers. Wasn’t work with and great advice.
Called Robert on a Friday, very quick phone call and he said he would send his guys on the following Tuesday and they'd call an hour or so ahead of time to verify. Tuesday around 1pm, I called to verify and he changed the story to he would send whoever was in the area to swing by on his way home. This was meant to be a full structural inspection. It took several weeks and attempts to get a date set up. I was told they are only in the area but that is untrue. When they did show up they thought it was just for a soil test. Thankfully they were able to still fo the foundation test. That was early October. A month later I'm still waiting for a quote, well I was waiting. I found several companies who to the piers. You can get a hold of Scott, but when he tells you tomorrow or the next day, someone will call you or you will have your quote I would not believe him. I will s... read more
