The Worst manager!! Apartment complex is really old and dead quiet.It smells very musty and gross. The on-site management lady treats you like a prisoner in jail. You should definitely take pictures and document the condition before moving in because she will charge as much of your deposit as possible! Also, you can definitely hear and *smell* everything of your neighbors through the paper thin walls. No privacy at all!!! I would never recommend living here!!!!

Hastings Terrace Apartments Experience Review of Hastings Terrace Apartments by a former renter (moved after more than 4 years). Building is fairly old (built in early 70's). Many balconies have decaying wooden planks. Common lawn is not well kept (has lots of dead grass). Cheesy aesthetics (e.g. fake plastic flower beds at manager's office and throughout complex). Hastings Terrace Apartments Experience Review of Hastings Terrace Apartments by a former renter (moved after more than 4 years).
Keep looking Management will treat you like a prisoner. Try and break a lease and you will need to go to court. Even if the apartment is in perfect condition when you leave, they will retain as much of your deposit as they think they can get away with (definitely take photos of the apartment before moving in). The tenants I met were nice, could be Stockholm Syndrome though.
Some good and a lot bad Good stuff: - Apartment complex is maintained clean - Repairs are promptly taken care of - On site manager, so major problems are taken care of immediately - Neat swimming pool, (old) pool table, table tennis etc - The owner seems to be reasonable guy - Reasonable rents - Manager pays close attention to who is coming and going out
