I hired Hasting Roofing to fix a chimney/roof leak. They came twice & worked on it but they weren't successful - I still have ongoing water damage at the exact same area, not the least bit improved. Iv'e had back and forth contact with Dennis the manager who informed me that if they come again they'll "charge as a repair are not guaranteed which was this work" I really don't even understand what he was trying to say so I asked for clarification but he didn't respond.
