They've always made me free comfortable and like I was the only one there, they give me full attention and listen to my concerns.
We had issues getting my mom’s insurance to cover her medication. Markki was very helpful, compassionate, and really understood the need to get it covered. She is a tremendous asset to the clinic.
I wasn’t going to write a review but I decided people should know what they are walking into - my doctor referred me to Dr. Birthi because of Neck pain - Apparently he did not read my chart and knew absolutely nothing about me ! I explained why I came and that my neck was completely fused after our brief conversation he walked behind me and bent my neck backwards and sideways - it thru my neck into spasms and pain that lasted over 2 months !!! Dr. Birthi has been so helpful to me with my back pain relief. He is very caring and friendly and has excellent knowledge of what works effectively to help his patients. The staff in the office are caring and supportive each visit!
I've been going here for a couple years now. All the staff are very friendly and professional. Dr. Birthi is phenomenal at what he does. I have several issues with my spine, that have gotten worse over the years, and am avoiding surgery as long as I can. Previously, I'd only ever been given pain medication to help manage my pain. Last year he did nerve ablation on my neck, and I just finished having it done to my back. It was the answer I needed! I'm so grateful to have been referred here.
