What a horrible, horrible place to call! I call to speak with an attorney but you of course have to deal with a gatekeeper (which i understand) so I gave her the summation of the matter and I immediately can hear her cherry picking a summation mind you. Absolutely useless law firm! Medical malpractice lawyer but tells me they won't even take any cases against UMC in Lubbock or their employees. It's pathetic and not good business. I suggest moving on to a better option!
