Very rude. Really trying to get my daughter and I stable but they refuse to help. Have had my application in for almost 2 years and they still have not viewed it and keep telling me to call back in "6 months".
Melissa said I could move in without an inspection based on the management record alone. When moving day came she acted as thought she didn't say that so I spent 2 weeks in a hotel. Spent $100 of dollars on hotel waiting for inspection. Melissa told me she was going to send me paperwork after 6 months she did not. No follow-up what so ever from her the manager.

I don't always understand their rules and regulations. I was reading the application and it said you cannot rent from relatives but I know someone that does rent from their relative. I asked how that was acceptable, and they said that they were granted an exception. I just wonder what qualifies you for an exception.
