Helpful service, but waiting times for collection are quite long, especially during shift changes. Really love that they're open 24/7!
As a courier driver it is sometimes hard to accept the circumstances at hastings. We always get a pick up time for when we need to arrive. However, you have to wait a long time and some employees ignore you. It's particularly annoying to have a pickup in the middle of the night and then you sometimes have to wait more than an hour. Unfortunately the worst pickup location in Mackay.
