Dr. Hassoun treated my husband for a staph infection in the blood and soft tissue of his foot after serious surgery. He is always kind, compassionate and takes all the time you need to get questions answered. His staff is equally good. We are so appreciative of his good care of Richard, and we would highly recommend him to anyone who needs an outstanding infectious disease doctor! My husband recovered quickly and completely.
He caught my cellulitis while I was in hospital as an outpatient for another procedure. He put me hospital to treat. My outpatient appointments with him has been a disappointment. I will not do another follow up visit.
Dr. Hassoun ordered multiple tests that I already was tested recently for. He made me come back and pay the fee to his office just to tell me everything was fine. He seems arrogant and more about stroking his ego than helping patients
Dr Hassoun is the best ID in this area! He saved mine and my nieces life. My family will forever be indebted to him! Wonderful person !
Dr. Hassoun didn't meet my expectations. It was as if he was scared to touch me or treat me. He was treating me for staph and wouldn't check my lymph nodes when I complained of them aching. My white blood count dropped so low I almost died while under his care in 2016.
Dr. Hassoun is duplicating the treatment a different hospital system had me on for a previous bout of this infection. During appointments he usually keeps me waiting in the exam room for 20 to 30 minutes or more before he shows up. He does a quick exam, says everything looks good, and takes off. I asked him for some information about my infection at one appointment but he couldn't answer my questions and didn't have information for me at my following appointment.
