Went in for a consult and i feel like she didn’t take my condition seriously and has gotten worse.
I moved to the Heights area and attempted to find a new dermatology clinic for Dysport injections. I called to check pricing and was told that they would not provide up-front pricing of their products over the phone. They wanted to schedule me for a $160 consultation before they would provide pricing. Who in their right mind would schedule a consultation only to find out their prices are not competitive? I’ve come here for a couple of years now for annual skin checks. Compared to prior dermatologists, Dr Hessler has a much more pragmatic calm approach which I very much appreciate. Clean well kept office too.
We did not have a good experience with our 2 year old's eczema issue at this office. The office and staff were all very friendly and prompt, but our daughter's skin issues were not addressed or properly diagnosed by the doctor. Our 2 yr old has severe eczema, and when we attended the appointment and explained all our actions/attempts to date, we were immediately recommended to proceed with Dupixent.
