I had an amazing experience here. Everyone was extremely friendly. I was called in just a few minutes past my appointment time. Sarah was so fun, compassionate, open to talking about anything, and did an incredible job explaining everything, including what she was doing. I forget the names of others I interacted with but they were all great!
A very dismissive practitioner gave me wrong instructions for the treatment, and another one gave me different ones. The wait times for results take too long and they give you the minimum amount of medication for treatments. Go to HQ two blocks away instead
doctors should practice how to do blood draw. It’s been a few days.
“Hassle Free” is in the name only. Unfriendly staff and very difficult to work with.
