I join with other reviewers to spread the good word about the wondrously capable, caring way Steve and Josh do their work. We reached out to them in quite dire straits when our gas-range vendor/installer melted down bizarrely, leaving us with an urgent job half-done and two large useless stoves disrupting our most basic home routines. What was supposed to be an easy Service call turned into multiple stops at my house by every technician in the company. A couple band aid fixes and over 1000$ later, I had to call another HVAC company in to clean up and complete the job. I would not recommend this company for any type of service work. Not impressed with the work, the communication or the service unfortunately
Good communication, fair pricing and personable. Hassett Mechanical was recommended to me so I gave him a call to check out a residential furnace issue. Steve diagnosed the issue the same day and several options were presented, without any BS. The furnace ended up failing a couple days later and another employee of his fixed it later the same day, keeping me updated when he would arrive, without me asking. I’ll use them again in the future.
