I would not even give them one star.I would strongly recommend against using this dealership.They make you wait months for a loaner. They said they "fixed" my problem (noise went away) and when the problem came back, they replaced a part. There was a noise right afterwards and it turned out the part was defective. Now, the problem (or similar one) is back and a new issue as well and they refuse to service the car.
