Canceled my appointment without even calling me to tell me. I showed up and they tried telling me they called me once 2 weeks ago. Which I never got and I don’t know why they would not try to contact me at least one more time to make sure I knew. Then makes me wait another month and a half when the cancellation was all their fault. Just awful
Dr. Jay is honestly one of the coolest doctor's I've ever met. He's extremely knowledgeable, efficient & makes you feel incredibly comfortable and safe.
I have been calling this office endlessly for months and can never get through to reschedule my surgery that they cancelled while I was in the parking lot. I have left several messages and they never follow up.
