Joe Hasselt and his crew has lied to his clients for years now. As a current resident at one of his houses, he fails to comply when it comes to complaints about our boilers. For years they stated that they were working on getting it fixed. With about 4+ children less than 10 years old living in the household, him and his worker Rodolfo always comes with an excuse as to why it can’t be fixed. Joe Hasselt is extremely unprofessional , and sleazy. He let me over bid for a house and after my offer was accepted. He became unresponsive and was still showing the house to other people. He then let John his employee try to sell me a different house. When I told him I wasn't interested, he told me the house that I have an accepted offer on was sold to someone else for a lesser price. He is not trustworthy, stay away from him
Joe Hasselt and his staff are crooks. We try to purchase a property listed by them. His agent informed me that the only way my husband and I can buy the property is for them to be our agent. After they informed me that my offer was accepted, they never submitted the contract to my attorney because I didn't use the attorney Joe recommended. He rushed us to complete home inspection that cost us $1000 and later on learned that he has sold the property to someone else.
