For over 4 years, twice a week, I have been going to Action Physical Therapy. I am elderly and have a very bad back, however, the physical therapy movements and pain reducing techniques have enabled me to live an active life and even still ride a bike. For THREE years I have been seeing Dr Yono, for adjustments and with neck issues. And I also have had PT for SI, vertigo, and forearm/shoulder pain .My new best addition is the pillow recommended to me by Nicole, the Patient's Receptionist.
