If you are on state insurance you are treated poorly and not as well as other Patients. Not one time did she stop to ask if I was doing okay when I was clearly very anxious and nervous. She was so rough and not gentle. Did not explain what steps were being done or what was going on. I felt very upset after and that I was discriminated against for my insurance
Rawa Hassan, DDS is an excellent dentist I have been seeing Dr. Hassan for about three years. She is always engaged in the health of her patients. She's given myself and my husband excellent care.
I visited this office several times for routine care, filling replacement and a dental concern. The office staff was professional and helpful and the hygienists were thorough. Dr. Hassan was informative and met all my expectations. I tend to be anxious and they did their best in mitigating that as well.
She made me wait an hour in the middle of my fillings while she did someone else's cleaning; complaining the whole time that it was my fault because I wasn't numb after 2 minutes. Usually any dentist knows that the novacaine will take a few minute to kick in. It's certainly not appropriate to yell at patients or blame them for how the medication works. I would never see her again.
