Dr Ali is probably the most insensitive and uncaring doctors I’ve had the experience of dealing with. His staff is amazing and are not a reflection of him but he is awful! If you call with a problem or send a message through the app he won’t even respond to his staff to get them an answer for you. Even if you attach pictures and then when you go in and he sees it in person he is surprised about the severity. My husband has cancer and after treatment would have severe pain for 2-3 days.
