Doctor seemed caring and would listen to questions but almost never was able to provide an answer or guidance. Asked about delivery options at UHS to make sure it was the right hospital for us- her answer was always “we’ll talk about that when the time comes”. Seems like a good person, but NOT our ideal provider. Patient load is also FAR TO LARGE- phone calls are not returned and hold wait times are 20-30 min MINIMUM. I highly recommend her. She’s very good at what she does and a very good person in general.

My appointments feel rushed and I feel like she treats me without care or much concern. She also short talks over you and that to me is a really bad quality to find in a doctor.

My son was a posterior labor and delivery (Sunny side up). I did not have an epidural by choice.. She did a second degree mediolateral episiotomy with no local anesthetic that I 100 percent believe was unnecessary. She also would turn to the side between pushes and talk to the baby nurse, to the point my labor and delivery nurse was actually getting upset with her( they were not talking about my delivery, it was casual conversation). She wasn't my doctor only delivery(she was the on call doctor)

This whole office is a mess, I had a miscarriage and they gave me no direction and kept telling me oh it is fine. Getting a call back or getting to make an appointment was like pulling teeth. Had times nobody bothered to even get back to me. I had appointments cancelled and she had no sympathy for the pain I was in and when she did finally prescribe me something she sent it to the wrong place! I will never go back to this office.

She's rude, Demanding, and can't remember any of her patients. She did a surgery of mine and it gave me a blood clot that hurt more then the initial pain.

I waited over 45 minutes in the waiting room. I was already nervous because this was my appointment to establish myself with this practice. Dr. Stephanyan was curt and unsympathetic to my problems. I felt unable to express any concerns I had and left in tears. I will not be going back.

Waited over an hour on two different appointments that were scheduled in advanced. One in the morning and one in the evening. Waited another 45 minutes for her in the actual room. She is obviously a kind lady, no doubt about that, I would just not recommend going to her a first pregnancy. My first ultrasound of my first child, she printed it off with someone elses name on it...after I had noticed and told her beforehand that was not my name. She has not been informative at all. Great staff.

She was not my ob throughout my pregnancy but she did deliver my baby October 2016. She was great! No tears, nothing.
