I like Dr Alvarado but could he just be on time more often than not?
It's a wonderful time,my doctor is awesome!!I never have to wait for long he gets me in very quickly,he is thro,he asks questions.I am so lucky to have him.His name is Dr alverado
Love the doctors, hate the office staff! Always unkind and somehow I can never be seen. Waited an hour to be seen only to get told it would be possibly another, or set up an appointment only to go in and get told not on their schedule while holding their business card with appointed time and date marked on it.
They never answer the phone, they don't return messages and I wait an hour and 20 minutes. No explanation or apology. Super disrespectful for others time. Will not be returning. Dr. Lewendowski, this place is making you look bad!!!!
I was a new patient and waited 45+ minutes with no apology or explanation. Dr was VERY nice. Front office staff have no idea what is going on and get snotty if you question anything. I always get a different story. Dr is leaving the practice, very disappointed. Staff told me Dr already left so I couldn't schedule a return follow up and my husbands new patient appt was canceled a few days before. Now I find out dr isn't leaving until the end of the month. Thanks!
I've Bennett seeing my Dr. for almost 17 years. I love her and started going to HPC since she began working there. Sometimes they're a bit behind but my Dr always fixes me right up. Her nurse is amazing too. They say to call for refills on your Rx's could take up to 72 hrs but a lot of times they call back the same day or next and say my Rx's are ready to be picked up.
