Completely incompetent. Husband is a routine patient here. He came in for a torn bicep .... they evaluated and sent him to an ultrasound (when it should have been an MRI.) Finally got a referral to an Orthopedic surgeon who then sent a request back for clearance to have surgery (emergent-- within 4 business days). Cardiologist cleared him... But now he will have to bump his surgery off because this office now wants him to COME BACK for a physical to clear him for surgery and can't get him in until 24 hours before the ... read more
