Bad Experience Nice folks, but I had major problems after their tech shorted out my HVAC unit during a routine Fall maintenance. Afterward, our HVAC froze into a solid block of ice. They were going to charge me another service fee and $90/hour to stand there with MY garden hose and run water over the ice. Estimated thaw time was 4-5 hours.
