I came from out of state. Prior to arriving, I called Dave Dorrwachter, a sales representative. I was able to negotiate the price over the phone. Upon arriving, I was treated respectfully. I took the vehicle on a test drive. I did notice that the brakes were loud and grinding and a weird noise coming from the back. Dave assured me that this will be taken care of. I will pick up the car next week on May 9th and will be able to confirm that the vehicle was fixed as promised. So far, excellent experience.

Unwilling to negotiate on a vehicle that is over priced by more than 2k. No customer service or sales skills demonstrated. Waited 15 minutes to be greeted when I drove in from over an hour away. I dealt with Dave the used car sales manger who was sloppy and rude.
Replied promptly. Car was previously sold.
They could not have been easier to deal with: Haskins made all the paperwork hassle-free, got a second key made and otherwise did a great job for me.
