NO SHOW TWICE - Getting any sort of timing on when they will come out is difficult. Finally received a call back almost 4 weeks after signing the contract that they would come out to trim my trees. The Company was a no show twice. First time was on Saturday October 19th (one full month after signing the contract). No phone call to let me know they were not coming.
