My door was broken into when i had came home from work and my dog was frightened. I told them about it and they went and charged me for the door and took my security deposit from it. Called the police and everything and never heard a word from anyone.
I stayed there years ago when Jack was there. He always took care of me
Horrible, sorry, tenants don’t care about anything and are very inconsiderate, housekeeping rarely comes and only cleans the lobby area, elevators always reek of pee, dog poop all over the building especially in front of all entrances, washer and dryers work half the time, maintenance sucks at plowing and salting the parking lot and entrances during the winter. Definitely not worth anything they’re charging for rent.
Building is now under new management and has been fully renovated! The building is gorgeous now with all of the remodeling! If you need a studio unit in downtown Rockford, this is the place to be!
Sad to see it run down. I lived there in the late 90s, and my apartment needed updating, and others looked ok. But if you like to party, this is it. I'm too old now and slowing down. I hope everyone is ok. Wonder if Al is still there?
