Not very helpful, parts and labor are drastically overpriced. If you are a novice rider, they will probably try to take advantage of your ignorance and rip you off. I recommend going to bgi instead!
Very happy with the purchasing process with Kaci, but am absolutely angry with the lack of attention to the build. The rear derailleur high and low limiter screws weren't set at all upon installation (both screws were completely backed out), so my chain came off the small ring and gashed my $5k Scott Foil 10 frame. This was after finding out that the hydraulic line frame plugs weren't installed at all- just sitting in the install bag. I will change this review depending on how this is handled by either Scott or Hashtag Bikes... read more
